SUNY NY-Alert

As a student or employee of Finger Lakes Community College, you are automatically enrolled in SUNY NY-ALERT, an emergency messaging system provided free of charge by the NYS Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management Services.  This system allows FLCC to broadcast emergency information to its community via email, telephone, or text message.  Note that some fees may apply to the delivery of text messages, depending upon the terms of your contract.

The system is tested each semester.

To Opt Out of SUNY NY-Alert

To opt out of SUNY NY-ALERT or modify your contact information, please send an email to sunyalert@flcc.edu

Be sure the email includes your full name, email address, and exactly what you would like done (removal from SUNY NY-ALERT, etc.) 

For Employees

FLCC Employees can modify their contact information by visiting www.suny.edu/sunyalertsec and entering updated contact information.
