The Office of Housing and Residential Life is committed to assisting students locate suitable housing accommodations.  Whether you’re interested in Finger Lakes College Suites or looking for an apartment off campus, our office is here as a resource for you as you consider your housing options.

We want your housing experience to be a positive one that complements your academic growth. Even after you’ve selected a place to live we are here to provide guidance and answers to questions you might have regarding your living arrangements.

FINGER LAKES COLLEGE SUITES: AFFILIATED HOUSING PROGRAM

Finger Lakes College Suites is apartment-style student housing; conveniently located next to FLCC’s nature trails, tennis courts and arboretum with lighted walkways to FLCC’s main building. Enjoy the comfort of full kitchens, wireless Internet access, single occupancy bedrooms, in-building laundry, fitness facilities, lounge and study areas. 

Students who are accepted to FLCC are not guaranteed housing.  Application for housing with Finger Lakes College Suites is a separate process. It is suggested that students interested in Finger Lakes College Suites apply prior to April.

The Office of Housing and Residential Life, under the direction of the FLCC Association, Inc. works in conjunction with the United Realty Management Inc.  who operationally manages the facility to provide quality housing services in a living-learning community.

OFF-CAMPUS HOUSING

Although FLCC does not own or endorse any off-campus properties, the Office of Housing and Residential Life offers services to assist those students who are looking for off-campus housing. New Students are urged to look for housing during the winter and spring months for the upcoming fall semester, and in the fall months for the upcoming spring semester.
