Graduating Student Scholarships and Criteria
A graduating student is one who is currently enrolled at FLCC for her/his final semester, and plans to graduate and continue education at a four-year institution within 12-months of graduating.
Education Scholarship
Delta Kappa Gamma Society International Scholarship
Amount: $1,000 (2)
- Major: education at the four-year school
- Graduating female student who has been accepted to a four-year college or university
Computing Sciences
Patricia Nettnin Memorial Scholarship
Amount: $500
- Minimum GPA: 3.0
- Receiving associate degree in computer science, information technology or information systems
- Transferring to a four-year institution in one of the above mentioned degree programs
Therapeutic Massage/Registered Nursing
Mary Capozzi Integrated Health Care Scholarship
Amount: $1,000
- Minimum GPA: 2.5
- Part- or full-time student
- Preference given to a student who is either:
- A graduate of the Massage Therapy program at FLCC who is entering the Nursing program at FLCC or
- A graduate of the Nursing program at FLCC who is entering the Massage Therapy program at FLCC
- If no applicants fit these criteria, preference will be given to any student who intends to pursue any complementary health care field.
Registered Nursing
FLCC Nursing Alumni Legacy Scholarship
Amount: $670
- Minimum GPA: 3.0
- Part- or full-time nursing major
- Preference given to students continuing their nursing education at a four-year college in the fall
- Demonstrate financial need
- Articulate career goals and evidence of leadership skills
