Activities & Resources
The goals and objectives of the Teaching Center are accomplished through workshops, sharing sessions, support groups, support for self-initiated investigation and learning, training sessions, and attendance at local conferences.
The Teaching Center provides faculty and staff the opportunity to share information, teaching skills, and instructional resources. As a physical setting, it offers a small conference space for workshops, teleconferences, and small discussion groups through which faculty may share their concerns and questions about teaching and learning. The Teaching Center is located in room B450.
In the Teaching Center You Will Find:
- Two computers with desk-jet printers, multimedia and Internet capability.
- Pedagogical books, periodicals, and video tape library.
- A SmartBoard with projector.
- A document camera.
- Tables and chairs to seat 24 people.
