Student Housing
Learn more about Finger Lakes College Suites apartment-style student housing, just a short walk from your FLCC classes and college activities. Enjoy the comfort of student living with full kitchens, wireless Internet access, single occupancy bedrooms, in-building laundry and fitness facilities, and student lounge and study areas. Finger Lakes College Suites is conveniently located in a picturesque setting next to FLCC’s nature trails, tennis courts, arboretum, and outdoor classrooms with lighted walkways to FLCC’s main building.
Finger Lakes College Suites is privately owned by Collegiate Housing Foundation and operated by United Realty Management, Inc.
In addition to the option of residing in Finger Lakes College Suites, the College assists new and returning students in locating available off-campus housing accommodations by providing "The Guide to Student Housing" each fall and spring semester. The guide is furnished by the Admissions Office and describes private student housing complexes, private homes and apartments, most of which are within easy walking distance to the College. Also included within the guide is important information regarding tenants' rights and responsibilities. Finger Lakes Community College does not own or operate any on- or off-campus housing. Further, Finger Lakes does not endorse any particular off-campus housing referral--the guide is provided strictly as an information source.
New students are urged to look for housing during the winter and spring months for the upcoming fall semester, and in the fall months for the upcoming spring semester. The most convenient housing accommodations are often secured prior to the summer registration period for fall classes.
